TikTok star Addison Rae just dropped her debut single “Obsessed” last Friday and will be making her first TV performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this Friday, March 26.
The self-made millionaire took to her Twitter to announce that she’d be making her performance debut on NBC’s late-night talk show hosted by Fallon. This is a pretty big deal because not everyone gets this opportunity.
AHHHGGGAHHH IM SO EXCITED FOR THIS! Tune in on 3/26 to watch my first TV performance ♥️😭🤯 @jimmyfallon @FallonTonight pic.twitter.com/i3bWI0nv9V

So not only is the 20-year-old social media personality starring in Netflix’s remake of She’s All That, she is also now venturing into the world of music with her song inspired by all the people that are obsessed with her.
“You say you’re obsessed with me / So I took a second / And I said, ‘Me too,’” she whisper-sings as it’s followed by a hypnotic drop and a catchy chorus. The song was produced by Benny Blanco, Ryan McMahon, and Blake Slatkin and co-written by McMahon, Slatkin, and Rae.
Addison took her fans by surprise with this dance-pop single and singing debut and also dropped a glam-filled music video for it.
In the video, Rae sports countless different outfits, makeup looks, and hairstyles while dancing choreography by Sara Biv and Calvit Hodge, who have worked with the likes of Nicki Minaj and Camila Cabello—showing off more dance skills than she shares on her TikTok.
Although Rae hasn’t revealed anything regarding a future album, she did share with Rolling Stone that she’s written and worked on a number of songs but doesn’t consider herself a professional at it quite yet.
