Becky Lynch’s latest WWE win came at a cost.
The professional wrestling star - real name Rebecca Quin - battled Tiffany Stratton in an Extreme Rules match for her NXT Women's Championship on Saturday night.
Lynch survived the bout that saw tables, chairs, and a barbed wire baseball bat used, to retain her title but she didn’t escape unscathed.
After the event, it was reported that Seth Rollins’ wife sustained a nasty laceration to her arm and had to have 11 stitches to close it up.
Lynch soon took to social media to reflect on her victory and confirm she was injured during the fight by posting several photos from the event.
One of them was a close-up of her badly cut arm.

“NbeXT was rocking tonight,” she wrote on Instagram.
“The Man brought Tiffany Stratton to the main event but she brought it to The Man.
“Respect. It wasn’t Tiffy time this time. But it will be again.
“The world tour continues. Stitches and all - last slide is my arm.”

The 36-year-old is supposed to face Welsh wrestler Tegan Nox on Monday Night Raw and defend her title for the second time in three days.
As of right now, Lynch has not given a further update about her condition.
It’s currently unclear if she’ll compete against Nox or if she'll need more time to recover.
