Donald Trump Still Doesn't Know What He'll Do With His Private Jets

Donald Trump is now the 45th President of the United States. He undoubtedly has a lot on his plate. But there is one additional issue that Trump has to deal with that no other President has ever had to deal with.

When Donald Trump takes the Presidential Oath of Office this Friday, he will become the richest President in United States history. While being the richest person to ever hold the highest office in the land undoubtedly has its perks, there are downsides. In the case of the soon to be President, it means that he can't continue to make money off of his assets, including his planes.

Sources close to Trump say that the fate of Trump's two private jets and three helicopters have yet to be decided as a result of the billionaire businessman's impending presidency. Trump can't sell his 757 jet, Citation X jet and three helicopters because it will appear that he is profiting off of the presidency. In addition, he can't charter the jets or choppers out because some may criticize Trump for receiving a presidential premium.

Storing them seems like the most logical option, but the costs associated with storing and maintaining the aircrafts is very expensive.

In addition, Trump sources state that the President-elect won't let his children use the planes or helicopters, and that if the children want to fly private, they have to do so using their own money.

If this situation isn't the definition of "rich people problems," I don't know what is.
