Hollywood star Maggie Grace had her career beginnings in the early 2000s. She was first noticed for portraying Martha Moxley on the TV movie Murder in Greenwich. Her first recurring role was on the sitcom Oliver Beene. She then gained popularity for playing Shannon on Lost. Her newfound fame led her to star in the movies The Fog and Suburban Girl. She gained further prominence for playing Liam Neeson’s daughter Kim Mills in Taken. In the 2010s, she had notable roles in Knight and Day and Lockout. She also reprised her role as Kim in Taken 2 and Taken 3. She also returned to television with a recurring role on Californication.

The American beauty is already in her 30s. Because of this, she becomes more cautious of how she lives her life when it comes to her lifestyle choices. It surely shows since the Taken actress has managed to maintain a slender figure all these years. Not only does she look svelte, she also looks fit, toned and strong. Being full of energy, she manages to work harder and more efficiently as an actress. As far as she’s concerned, living a good life with proper nutrition and being physically active is not only to look great, but to be able to be physically and mentally able to live great.

Though she admits it was different before. In an interview years ago, she was asked if she grew up being athletic. She said: “No, I cried after gym class every day. My friends and I now play in a drunken kickball league. I often miss the ball, but it’s very athletic.” When asked how she stays in shape, she said: “I haven’t been to the gym in weeks, but I’ve been moving, so I’ve been lifting boxes and refurbishing. I’m good with a power sander and a drill, but you get sore shoulders from using them.”
